The Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) Aligned to APM BOK 7th Edition

This programme is intended to help and guide you through some early principles in project management, and is aimed at helping you start your developmental steps for a progressive career in the field of project management.

In 2004 The Association for Project Management (APM) worked with the UK's Department for Education and Skills to develop the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) which offers an insight into this exciting and challenging discipline.

No prior knowledge or experience in project management is required for this certificate. It is designed for anyone looking to start a successful career in project management or those wanting to understand the principles of project management excellence.

The 20|20 course in project management fundamentals is a helpful guide to project management and follows a proven study guide that will support learners wishing to undertake the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).

The course is divided into 4 main modules with a 5th covering the PFQ exam. The course follows the PFQ syllabus and is linked to the APM’s Body of Knowledge 7th edition. It is suggested that the modules are followed in the order presented, however, feel free to move back and forth through the content if this help. Within each of the eLearning screens the relevant PFQ Syllabus Assessment Criteria (AC) is shown in the bottom left hand corner, this will allow a cross reference with the PFQ syllabus which is the basis for the exam.

At the end of each module there are a set of multiple choice questions related to the content of the module which will allow you to test your knowledge against the learning and the PFQ syllabus.

Good luck. We hope you enjoy the course.
